Fabrication workshop technician • Lake County, Tennessee

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Lake County, Tennessee. You will be based at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. On a typical shift you will install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter; check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile. You should have: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors Overtime paid at a premium rate.
