Urgent requirement: we are hiring a garment machinist in Benton County, Tennessee. What we are looking for: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently On the job you will handle: • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
