Immediate opening: lift mechanic (Indiana)

Now hiring: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Marshall County, Indiana. You will work on a lift modernisation project. Day to day you will carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts. What we are looking for: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
