Banksman wanted in Bay County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a banksman in Bay County, Florida. You will be based on an offshore oil and gas platform. On the job you will handle: • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle Ideal candidate: • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
