Gas service engineer — South Lanarkshire

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas service engineer in South Lanarkshire, Scotland. The job is at a heating and plumbing contractor. The role involves: • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points What we are looking for: • Driving licence for travel between sites • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
