You should have: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes The role involves treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair.
