Vacancy available: lift erector (Nebraska)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a lift erector in Lincoln County, Nebraska. You will be based in a residential tower block. What we are looking for: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Valid driving licence for site call-outs Day-to-day duties: • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Run load and overload tests with test weights 2+ years on the tools preferred.
