Confectioner wanted in Ogbadibo

Join our team: we are hiring a confectioner in Ogbadibo, Benue State. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate Day-to-day duties: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing Six days a week, one day off.
