Tandoor cook — Kerr County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Kerr County, Texas. The role involves cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Full-time, day shift. We offer $4,900 per month plus benefits.
