Immediate opening: we are hiring an automotive refinish painter in Adair County, Missouri. Your main tasks: • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint Requirements: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
