Aluminium and glass installer • Clay County, Alabama

We are recruiting: we are hiring an aluminium and glass installer in Clay County, Alabama. You will be based on a construction site. Your main tasks: • Grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris • Install mirrors, shower screens and glass balustrades • Secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points • Measure window and door openings and order glass to size • Read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts • Seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead You should have: • Good eye for measurement and a steady hand • Able to cut glass accurately to size • Confident handling and lifting heavy glass panes 3+ years on the tools preferred. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
