Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers You will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience.
