Join our team: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Lewis County, New York. You will be based at a beach resort. The role involves carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad. Requirements: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
