Cake decorator — Fountain County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cake decorator in Fountain County, Indiana. On a typical shift you will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; score the top of loaves before baking; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
