What we are looking for: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling The role involves bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman; place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing.
