Immediate opening: powder coating sprayer (Indiana)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Martin County, Indiana. You will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
