Prep cook wanted in Lumpkin County

Now hiring: we are hiring a prep cook in Lumpkin County, Georgia. Day to day you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
