Immediate opening: we are hiring a punch press operator in Calvert County, Maryland. The job is on the press shop floor. What we are looking for: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses Day-to-day duties: • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
