Gas installation technician — Skagit County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gas installation technician in Skagit County, Washington. The role involves locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections; check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray; braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points; thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant. You should have: • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Driving licence for travel between sites • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders We offer $140 per day plus benefits.
