Powder coater • Ventura County, California

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coater in Ventura County, California. You will work at an automotive components factory. You will run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape. Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process 2+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $2,800 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
