Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles The role involves carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding.
