Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure The role involves: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
