Elevator technician wanted in Wahkiakum County

Join our team: we are hiring an elevator technician in Wahkiakum County, Washington. On a typical shift you will replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; measure rope tension and check for broken strands. Requirements: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $260 per day, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
