Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in Holt County, Nebraska. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. On a typical shift you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
