Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Coffee County, Alabama. You will be based at a powder coating unit. You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes The role involves: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
