You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required The role involves: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Season and marinate meat on request 4+ years on the tools preferred. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
