Catering cook wanted in Granville County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a catering cook in Granville County, North Carolina. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure The role involves manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service.
