Bread baker — Merthyr Tydfil County Borough

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread baker in Merthyr Tydfil County Borough, Wales. Day-to-day duties: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. We offer £2,250 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
