Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Richmond County, Georgia. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. Day to day you will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Food handler / hygiene certificate Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
