Milling machinist — Clayton County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a milling machinist in Clayton County, Iowa. You will work at a busy machine shop. Requirements: • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls Day-to-day duties: • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery 2+ years on the tools preferred.
