Immediate opening: we are hiring a gas appliance installer in Clay County, Arkansas. The job is at a boiler and appliance service centre. On the job you will handle: • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints Requirements: • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces Full-time with occasional weekends.
