Great opportunity: concrete labourer (Texas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Ector County, Texas. You will work at a precast concrete yard. Day-to-day duties: • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength You should have: • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
