Offshore rigger • Lake County, Indiana

Immediate opening: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Lake County, Indiana. You should have: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces You will set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists.
