Now hiring: assembly technician (England)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an assembly technician in District of Rutland, England. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Careful handling of tools and components The role involves: • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away • Carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
