Requirements: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching The role involves trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension.
