Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pipe lagger in Burlington County, New Jersey. You will be based on flat roofs and terraces. Day to day you will torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape. You should have: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Working-at-height certificate an advantage At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours.
