We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas metal arc welder in Ocean County, New Jersey. The job is in a heavy engineering unit. The role involves maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; grind back and re-weld any defective runs. Requirements: • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
