Day-to-day duties: • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Confident with standard crane hand signals A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
