Great opportunity: waiter (Florida)

Join our team: we are hiring a waiter in Saint Lucie County, Florida. You will work at a rooftop bar and grill. On the job you will handle: • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) You should have: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages 5+ years on the tools preferred. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
