Join our team: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in York County, Nebraska. You will be based in a toolroom. What we are looking for: • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift Day to day you will load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square. Part-time with flexible hours. We offer $130 per day plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
