Immediate opening: we are hiring a membrane applicator in Ontario County, New York. You will be based in lofts and crawl spaces. The role involves measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided.
