We are recruiting: system formwork carpenter (Hawaii)

Join our team: we are hiring a system formwork carpenter in Kalawao County, Hawaii. The job is on a busy high-rise construction site. On the job you will handle: • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking You should have: • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $160 per day plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
