Tandoor cook wanted in Concordia Parish

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Concordia Parish, Louisiana. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Your main tasks: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
