Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Pipestone County, Minnesota. The role involves: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
