Health and safety supervisor — Ikwuano

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a health and safety supervisor in Ikwuano, Abia State. The job is on a road and infrastructure project. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot Day to day you will investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements.
