Immediate opening: we are hiring a cook in Alamosa County, Colorado. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Your main tasks: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
