Urgent requirement: we are hiring an aluminium TIG welder in Noble County, Ohio. The role involves: • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut You should have: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
