Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in Yavapai County, Arizona. You will work at a busy bakery. You will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate Full-time with occasional weekends.
