On a typical shift you will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
