Great opportunity: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Monroe County, West Virginia. The role involves: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
